Shipping policy

a) Delivery coverage
We deliver watches to all major towns and regions countrywide.

  • Major towns: Within 24–72 hrs

  • Remote areas: Delivery within 3–5 business days

b) Order processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hrs of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

c) Shipping methods

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier and transport companies.

  • For large bulk buyers, we may arrange direct delivery or use your preferred transporter.

  • Once dispatched, buyers will be notified.

d) Shipping costs

  • Nairobi Delivery: KES 10,000 All-Inclusive!

  • Free delivery: Orders above 1,000 pcs qualify for free delivery within the country.

  • Standard delivery: Orders below this threshold attract standard courier or transport fees, payable by the buyer.

  • Delivery cost, where applicable, will be communicated before shipment.

e) Delivery delays
Delays caused by transport providers, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

f) Tracking and updates
For transport services, buyers will be given pickup details (e.g., bus/transport office).

g) Damaged or missing items

  • Buyers must inspect their orders immediately upon arrival.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt.

  • Verified claims will be replaced in the next shipment at no extra cost.

h) Restrictions and Exceptions

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently unavailable. All orders must be prepaid.

  • Some remote areas may require customers to collect from the nearest transport office if delivery is not possible.
